Product Details

PE foam performs many protective functions including cushioning, abrasion resistance, interleaving, wrapping, and surface protection. Thicker foams may also be used for blocking and bracing during shipment.

PE foam is extremely versatile and is commonly used in agriculture, automotive, building, furniture, ecommerce and cold chain applications.

High cushioning and compression strength
Minimizes shock and vibration during transport
Flexible and resilient material that is easy to use and re-use
Non-abrasive to surfaces
Highly resistant against water, fungus and dust

Available in a variety thicknesses. Options include anti-static, adhesive and laminated. Available as sheets, pouches, bags or on rolls.

Polyethylene Foam Options

Anti-Stat Foam

Includes a static dissipative additive to protect electronic components and equipment. Pink color provides a visual cue to anti-static properties.

Adhesive Foam

Cohesive Foam

Lamination added to foam that allows it to stick to itself and not the product surface. No residue is left behind.

Scrim Reinforced Laminated Foam

Heavy duty scrim film laminated to PE foam for heavy duty abrasion and puncture resistance on the outside with the surface protection and cushioning of the foam on the inside. Used for applications such as outdoor building applications, playground and construction equipment.
