PolyPlank closed-cell polyethylene foam is easy to fabricate, resilient and non-abrasive. PolyPlank PE foam provides excellent shock and vibration protection during product transport.  PolyPlank foam is also water resistant and has good flotation properties for recreational and sporting applications as well as good insulation properties where required.

To meet varying needs, PolyPlank foam is available in PolyPlank EXT extruded plank, PolyPlank LAM laminated plank and PolyPlank MDL dual laminated plank.
 
   
 
Premium grade PolyPlank EXT single cross section, polyethylene foam plank is produced via an extrusion process which creates a uniform foam product with excellent dimensional stability. This provides easier and more precise fabrication.  PolyPlank EXT foam cushions against repeated impacts and can be engineered with anticipated performance.

  • Cushions against shock and vibration in the transport packaging environment
  • Closed-cell structure is extremely resilient, quickly springing back into shape after multiple compressions
  • Densities range from 1.7 to 9.0 pounds per cubic foot
  • Durability and resistance to chemicals make it ideal for use in cushioned pallets
