What is reflective barrier insulation?
Reflective thermal insulation consists of one to three layers of air bubble film either sandwiched between or faced with one or more layers of pure aluminium foil.
The use of bubble film ensures an air retention layer designed to reduce thermal transfer while providing increased strength and puncture resistance. The addition of aluminum foil creates an effective barrier against moisture and air flow, in addition to being a reflective material.
