Polyethylene foam plank is an extraordinarily versatile, fully extruded, durable material that gives a unique combination of excellent physical and chemical properties with a smart appearance. The light-weight closed-cell construction offers superior cushioning against repeated impacts and can be engineered with anticipated performance. It provides easy fabrication, cost-effectiveness and suitability for a wide range of applications.
Pregis Foam Plank is free of ozone depleting CFC’s and the non-cross linked construction means it can be completely recycled back to the base raw material. Available in anti -static and a range of colours and thicknesses up to 100mm and densities from 25 kg/m3 up to 150 kg/m3

Laminated Technical Foam
Clean, resilient Polylam laminated plank is perfect for a variety of applications. The laminated construction offers tried and tested cushioning performance and customised dimensions to increase fabrication efficiency. Polylam offers ample protection, easy fabrication and is CFC free.
Fully recyclable, it can be die-cut, heat sealed, welded, glued to other materials, sliced, sawn, split, skived, routed and drilled to meet exact specifications. To meet varying needs, Polylam foam is now also available in Polylam ULD & Polylam UHD.
