Packaging is not excluded from the focus on saving our environment for future generations - on the contrary! Packaging materials are in focus whenever we consider the delicate balance between necessitiy and unwanted side effects.

In developing Jiffy Green!® mailing solutions, we at Pregis looked closely on how to combine everything you expect from our top brand products with the environmental awareness our society needs. All Jiffy Green! mailing products meet joint standards and are made of recycled paper,recycled air bubble foil and are in their turn recyclable themselves. Other mailing solutions consisting of different materials -like the Bag-in-Bag mailers - can be separated with the turn of the wrist, making recycling so much easier and more effective!

Jiffy PAD kraft

The famous Jiffy® Padded Bag provides 100% paper cushioning protection, it’s made from a strong outer kraft paper sourced from sustainable forests and is filled with a 100% recycled paper fibre cushioning. So you can send almost any item with complete peace of mind, because the Jiffy® Padded Bag is perfect for posting all over the world and is especially suitable for heavier items. It’s also fully recyclable and available in a wide choice of sizes including consumer display units and multi-packs.

Bag-in-Bag

Jiffy AirKraft Bag-inBag is the most appropriate mailer for shipping items that need a superior protection against shocks. The outer paper liner, available in brown and white, ensures the mailer’s strength, where the inner lining of Astro SupraBubble® provides the necessary cushioning.

The big difference with a laminated bubble envelope is that the Bag-in-bag® is fully recyclable since the inner liner is only attached on some strategic points to the exterior paper - like an internal separate bubble bag- and can therefore be separated very easily.

Astro Bio Bubble

Now also available, NEW Astro BioBubble a new addition to the Astro bubble family. Jiffy’s new bio-degradable bubble film ensures quality protective cushioning performance with an added environmental advantage.  Perfect for wrapping, interleaving and void fill. Astro BioBubble is tried and tested, product quality is unaffected under normal storage conditions but will ultimately photo-degrade and breakdown when discarded responsibly. Fully recyclable and disposable through council or kerbside recycling schemes, Astro BioBubble is non-toxic and free from hazardous substances.

Green bubble

Our range of excellent quality, fully recyclable green bubble is made using 100% recycled polyethylene. Perfect for void filling, interleaving, wrapping and cushioning, you can even use the packaging to fill up a void too. This product is fully recyclable. Astro 100% Recycled Green Bubble is available in a handy dispenser box, 1500mm x 100m rolls and 500mm x 3m mini rolls.
