PolyPlank closed-cell polyethylene plank foam is easy to fabricate, and is both resilient and non-abrasive. PolyPlank PE protective foam provides excellent shock and vibration protection during product transport.  PolyPlank foam is also water resistant and has good flotation properties for recreational and sporting applications as well as good insulation plank foam properties where required.

To meet varying needs, PolyPlank engineered foam is available in PolyPlank EXT extruded plank, PolyPlank LAM laminated plank and PolyPlank MDL dual laminated plank.
 
   
 
PolyPlank MDL patented multi-density laminated plank foam is made from different densities of PolyPlank polyethylene foam.  The combination of a thin-gauge, high-density top skin and a high-performance, low-density PolyPlank foam base uniquely enhances design characteristics.  
  • The top layer of this plank foam enables a "hinge" within an end cap that can fold out from a flat, die-cut foam cushion design
  • Superior shock absorption from this protective foam
  • Excellent compressive creep plank foam properties
  • Available in standard plank foam sizes: 48-inches wide x 108-inches long, and thicknesses from .63- to 3.63 inches
  • Manufactured in 1.2-  or 1.7 pcf densities, with a 6 pcf density top skin
  • Custom plank foam lengths and thicknesses are available
