Astro-Foam®

Astro-Foam sheet foam is a low cost, flexible, all-purpose answer to many packaging and non-packaging challenges. This polyethylene (PE) foam is available in a variety of forms including anti-static, laminated and high or low density and as sheets, pouches or on rolls.  The specifications can be engineered to suit your unique needs.

Pregis is able to convert Astro Foam and laminates into a variety of value added products. Astro Foam can be converted into pouches, sleeves and sheets, stitched covers, mini rolls and furniture pouches. Foam can be perforated and slit on the roll to facilitate portion control.
