Sheet Foam

Laminated and Converted


Foam can be laminated to substrates that improve tear and puncture resistance, add adhesion or meet specific needs such as the see through "window" strip on Furniture Guard.  Printed films can be laminated to foam for brand identification.

Foam can be converted into bags, perforations can be added or rolls can be slit to specific widths.
 
   
 

Laminated PE Foam

  • Foam can be custom laminated to printed or plain films, papers or fabric for superior durability, tear-resistance and identification. 
  • Available in rolls, sheets, bags and pouches.
  • Ask your Pregis representative to help design your custom lamination.

Converted PE Foam

  • Astro-Foam can formed into bags, slit to specific widths or laminated.
  • Rhino Bags are foam-film laminated bags in 2-D and 3-D "box" shapes.
  • Polyethylene foam is ideal for place setting bags for moving and storage as well as shipping.
