EZ-Seam^™

Absolute™ EZ-Seam™ is Pregis’ traditional patented lip and tape flooring underlayment system that combines foam and film to create a moisture-resistant structure.

The EZ-Seam flooring foam underlayment line consists of a layer of polyethylene foam laminated to a layer of polyethylene film. The EZ-Seam flooring foam underlayment system offers a “peel and stick” tape system with an aggressive adhesive.  Installers simply remove the release liner and mate the edge with the adhesive to the non-adhesive lip.  The aggressive adhesive helps create a moisture resistant seam.

The film on the flooring foam underlayment enhances its ability to resist moisture, making it ideal for laminated flooring installations that might be subjected to higher humidity situations. Its easy to use lip and tape flooring underlayment seaming feature enables efficient installation without the need additional adhesives or applications steps.
