Properties

• Similar to packaging made of coated Tyvek®, it is more tear-resistant and robust than packaging systems made of coated paper.

• More cost effective than packaging systems made of coated materials
• Excellent gas permeability that leads to accelerated gas sterilisation and aeration with very low residuals
• Clean peel with visible sealing pattern
• Robust peel system with excellent process window
• Manufacturers need only one packaging system for medical goods with differing requirements.
• Environmentally friendly: single-sheet polyethylene packaging (Formpeel®)
• Proven use as bottom web for deep drawing machines
